Tell us about when you failed
When I was a new HR and started working for a Hi-Tech company I set myself a tough target to hire a certain amount of people of high quality in a short amount of time. Unfortunately I did not succeed but I remember excusing it to myself with reasons I did not really BELIEVE were relevant.
A great man said once, “A loss is not a failure until you make an excuse”, I know I will lose from time to time, I just need to fight not to fail.
BTW, the great man was Michael Jordan.
Talk to us about when you were seven or eight. Who did you want to be?
I always wanted to make a difference, influence, impact and make people happy but At the age of 7 you think in a simpler way, so I wanted to be a princess…
A group is taking a tour of your company. What would be the things you would want them to take away from their visit?
I would want them to be impressed from our technologies, from our way of management and from our goal ACHIEVEMENT ability but mostly I want them to see a united and happy group of people and FRIENDS working TOGETHER.
Each person that steps in our office should say to himself “Damn, I want to work here!”.
What stands behind a company such as CORETECH?
People, good people which enjoy the work and share the vision set by the CEO
How do you build your relationship with the employees?
I BELIEVE that when your vision and attitude are positive, it is contagious. whether you have a little or a lot in common with a person, it will not matter much as the positive vibe is a ground for friendship and productive work relations with your COLLEAGUES.
